What We’re Looking For:- 1–2 years of experience is awesome (but we’re open to training the right person!)
- Completed state-required pre‑service training (or ready to get it done!)
- Loves building strong connections with kids, families, and teammates
- Stays cool and professional, even when things get a little hectic
- Can lift up to 50 lbs (because sometimes little ones need extra help or snuggles!)
- Infant & Toddler teachers: able to safely lift babies in and out of cribs
- Must meet background check requirements
