Position: High Volume Refractive Cataract Surgeon

Summit Eye Surgeons
: an exclusive practice, solely focused on cataract surgery. Our physicians are dedicated to their surgical craft and collectively perform over 2500 cataract surgeries annually. With a well established referral base, physicians who join our practice maintain clinics of 30-40 surgery ready, new patients in all three of our Valley locations. We are committed to surgical availability and provide a full time optometry team to support post operative patient care and triage after hours calls.

The focused pathology allows surgeons to hone in on the craft of cataract surgery and premium lens management. We are actively seeking a surgeon with the ability to manage high volume care with consistent, quality results and a low complication rate. The surgeon must understand the customer service element of excellent patient care, having the ability to listen and recommend what is in the best interest of the patient.

Compensation Highlights
  • $400,000 salary with substantial incentive bonus

Qualifications
  • MD/DO degree required
  • Board Certified/Eligible
  • At least 100 prior cataract surgeries with Toric IOL's, (use of ORA preferred).
  • Fellowship training preferred, but not required
Additional Requirements
  • US work authorization without sponsorship
  • Open to travel within a designated market
