Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is seeking a full‑time physician for our 120‑bed inpatient and outpatient behavioral health facility in Scottsdale, AZ. The position qualifies for education loan repayment up to $125,000 over four years via the Arizona BHLRP program.

• Full‑time role, choose between Employed W‑2 or Independent Contractor/1099.
• Job title:

• Setting:
  Primarily inpatient; outpatient program development opportunity is available.
• Consistent work schedule:
  Monday to Friday, day shift.
• Minimal call/wknd:
  Once monthly weekend rounding and one evening call per week.
• Key duties:
  
  Complete admissions, discharges, daily patient care follow‑ups, and treatment team leadership.
• Caseload: 13‑15 patients per day.
