- Produce design and construction documents in Revit with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with design development through site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic material selections.
- Review drawings for coordination issues and bring questions or concerns forward early.
- Support redline incorporation and document revisions with care and consistency.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings and consultant discussions as needed.
- Research materials, products, and design precedents to support design decisions and standards.

- Minimum 5 years of real architectural experience working on US projects (not internships).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS365, Revit, Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.
- Experience with mid-rise wood construction.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging tools (you don’t need to be an expert).

Office based role with occasional site visits.
