Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants to support coordinated solutions.

Produce design and construction documents in Revit with accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with design development through site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic material selections.

Review drawings for coordination issues and bring questions or concerns forward early.

Support redline incorporation and document revisions with care and consistency.

Participate in internal coordination meetings and consultant discussions as needed.

Research materials, products, and design precedents to support design decisions and standards.

• Minimum 5 years of real architectural experience working on US projects (not internships).
• Bachelors or masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS365, Revit, Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.
• Experience with mid-rise wood construction.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools (you dont need to be an expert).
• Clear, professional, and collaborative communicator internal and externally
