This is an in-office role at Comm Loan's headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

• Define a bold UX vision to simplify complex CRE lending workflows into intuitive user journeys
• Translate business challenges into scalable systems and frameworks

• Deliver full design outputs: wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity experiences
• Design across multiple touchpoints—borrower dashboards, lender workflows, AI‑driven recommendations via mobile and web—ensuring seamless and consistent experiences

• Mentor and guide other designers, offering critique, sharing best practices, and instilling a culture of design excellence
• Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and usability at every step

• Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver innovative features
• Work directly with executives to shape product direction, influence key decisions, and advocate for user needs

• Define meaningful UX metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction
• Use research and data to continuously iterate and refine experiences

• 7+ years of experience in product design/UX, with a strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS platform and marketplace design
• Proven experience working on complex fintech, mortgage, or real estate products
• Background at companies like Zillow, Rocket Mortgage, Trulia, Blend, Lending Tree, Plaid, Redfin, Compass, or SoFi is highly desired

• Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and design systems
• Strong information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing skills
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both executives and cross‑functional partners

• Track record of mentoring designers and elevating design culture
• Capable of leading as a senior individual contributor while influencing product vision at scale
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
