Experienced Dental Receptionist - PTO

Position Overview

Join our privately owned specialty practice as a dedicated Dental Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patient-centered, friendly team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every patient.

• Monday to Thursday
• 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations with a friendly demeanor
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, process patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and update practice management software
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (preferred)
• Patient-centered attitude and professional appearance
