Lead Dental Assistant

We are a newer, doctor-led private practice in Phoenix that is growing quickly and building something special. We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who takes ownership of the back office, sets the clinical tone, and helps the team run smoothly. This is not a corporate environment. We focus on quality dentistry, great patient care, and doing the small things right.

• Lead day-to-day clinical flow and keep the back office running smoothly
• Chairside assist for a variety of procedures (surgery experience is a plus)
• Coach and support assistants, reinforce standards, and help build strong systems
• Manage setup, room turnover, sterilization, and supply organization
• Support communication between doctor, front office, and clinical team
• Create an excellent patient experience from start to finish

• Arizona X-ray certification required
• Strong chairside skills and excellent patient communication
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable mentoring others and setting expectations with kindness and clarity
• Learns quickly and adapts well as a newer office grows

• Surgery and implant assisting
• CAD/CAM and same-day dentistry workflows
• Inventory systems and ordering

Compensation for this role is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process, taking into account experience and leadership ability.

Salary: $24 - $29 per hour
