Dental Assistant - CDA New Grads

Role Overview

We are seeking a new graduate or experienced dental assistant to join our friendly, team-oriented practice. You’ll work in a patient-centered environment where professionalism meets a relaxed, family-style atmosphere. We are a one dentist one hygienist office run independently for 26 years. We have great ties to the community.

• Provide chairside assistance during patient exams and treatments
• Perform sterilization duties and uphold strict infection control protocols
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care

• DANB X-ray Certification preferred
• Dental Assistant Certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and a genuine patient-focused mindset
• Eager to learn, grow, and collaborate within a supportive team
• Ideal for new graduates looking to launch their dental career

• Competitive hourly pay: $17–$21 per hour
