Are you an experienced dental receptionist with a passion for patient care and a knack for coordinating treatment plans? If you thrive in a patient-centered environment and have 3+ years of dental front-desk experience, this opportunity is for you!

• Welcome and check in/out patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Serve as Treatment Coordinator: present, explain, and sell treatment plans to patients
• Handle patient communications via Practice Web and Doctible texting system
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient experience

• Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist or front-desk experience
• Proven success selling dental treatment plans and coordinating care
• Proficiency with Practice Web and Doctible or similar dental software
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who fosters a positive, patient-first atmosphere

• Competitive hourly pay: $20–25 per hour based on experience
