Job Overview
Are you an experienced dental receptionist seeking a supportive, team-oriented environment? Simister and Branham Dental is a well-established private practice known for exceptional patient care and outstanding staff retention. We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and 3+ years of dental reception experience.
What You’ll Do- Greet and check in/out patients with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Schedule new and existing patient appointments accurately
- Call and confirm patient appointments
- Collect co-pays and process payments seamlessly
- Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage
- Discuss basic treatment plans and financial options confidently
- Utilize Dentrix software (a plus) to manage patient records and appointment flow
- Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist experience
- Proficiency with appointment scheduling and insurance verification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a positive, friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental management software is preferred
- Supportive mentorship from experienced dental professionals

- Hourly pay range: $16 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Work days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (7:30 AM–4:30 PM) - Every other Friday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM
