We’re seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist with 3+ years in a dental or medical office setting. You’ll be the friendly voice and face of our practice, handling front-desk operations and ensuring smooth patient experiences.

• Greet and register patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage multi-line phone system: schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verifications
• Process patient check-in and check-out, including payment collection
• Coordinate daily patient flow and keep the waiting area organized
• Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize appointment schedules

• Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Competitive hourly pay: $17 - $21 per hour
