We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Planning Consultant to assist clients with organizing and coordinating travel experiences. This role focuses on research, communication, and coordination to ensure every travel plan is arranged efficiently and clearly documented.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help build structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary development, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized records.
You will also support clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This position emphasizes organization, reliability, and high-quality customer service while assisting travelers throughout the planning process.
