Overview
Our client, a 60+-year-old life insurance organization, is looking to add an Insurance Customer Service Agent to its growing team.
Responsibilities- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer a wide variety of questions and assist customers throughout the application process
- Ensure data integrity within the CRM
- Comply with all regulatory policies regarding information confidentiality and privacy
- 1+ year in a call center environment
- Active AZ life insurance license
- Salary + bonus
- 401k + 6% match
