Customer Service Representative

Scottsdale, AZ | Pay: $21-$23/hour

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you ll provide top-tier support to both internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat. You ll handle and resolve routine transactions, ensure compliance with established policies, and help meet key performance goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels
• Process, resolve, and document customer transactions efficiently
• Research and analyze customer inquiries to provide accurate solutions
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures
• Meet individual and team KPIs

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (inbound call experience a plus)
• Background in automotive dealerships or vehicle service contracts preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
