Job DescriptionDescription:
Position function is as primary resource in handling customer contacts via telephone ranging from routine to complex.
Delivers the highest quality customer service through the execution of responsiveness reliability, assurance/confidence, empathy, and professional impact on every customer interaction in a fast-paced pharmacy call center.
PRIMARY SKILL NEEDED:
Recent in & outbound call center experience, even more important than Pharm Tech experience.
- Attendance reliability is critical
- Ability to express assurance/confidence
- Ability to express empathy & professionalism
- Must show team-oriented, customer service focus
- Ability to identify process improvements highly desirable
- Must be self-directed
- Must have the ability to apply knowledge and skills learned in training
- PC skills in Windows-based applications needed
- Advanced verbal/written communication skills necessary
- Adaptable to change
Training license with the expectation to be fully licensed within 1 year from hire date.
