Job Overview
The Real Estate Transaction Specialist must deliver exceptional customer service through expert handling of our customers' (real estate agents) commission orders and files via phone, email and in-person meetings. As an ambassador of the Home Smart Brand and first point of contact for agent concerns, the team must interact with all customers and clients in a professional manner and leave a lasting impression.
The team must also maintain knowledge of the company departments and day-to-day operations in order to assist clients and service providers in daily contact with the company.
• Deliver exceptional customer service handling commission orders and files via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Serve as the first point of contact for agent concerns and represent the Home Smart Brand professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of company departments and daily operations to assist clients and service providers.
