Assistant Superintendent - Residential Remodeling

AboutThe Role
We're a family‑owned design‑build remodeling company hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support our Field Superintendent on active residential remodel projects.
This role is ideal for someone with solid residential remodeling experience who enjoys coordinating people and materials, communicating clearly, and jumping in hands‑on for finish work and punch tasks.
What You’ll Do- Support the Superintendent with daily jobsite coordination
- Help manage schedules, inspections, and trade sequencing
- Perform hands‑on finish and punch work (cabinets, trim, hardware, touch‑ups)
- Assist with material runs, deliveries, staging, and site organization
- Maintain daily logs, photos, receipts, and notes in Job Tread
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and trade partners
- Help maintain clean, safe, occupied residential jobsites
- Residential remodeling experience required (kitchens, baths, additions preferred)
- Hands‑on skills with finish work and punch lists
- Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable working in occupied homes
- Clear communicator with clients, subs, and teammates
- Familiarity with Job Tread, Buildertrend, or similar (preferred)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal hand tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- $28 to $35 per hour, based on experience
- Full‑time, W-2 position
- Mileage reimbursement for company errands
- Paid holidays, PTO, and AZ sick time
- Company‑provided PPE/standard gear
- Mentorship and growth path toward the Superintendent role
