Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction tasks, including site clean up & maintenance, material handling and some miscellaneous construction trades. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload construction materials

Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards

Operate hand and power tools as needed

Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers)

Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction preferred but not required

Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and safety

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to work in various weather conditions
