Pay: Minimum starting rate $18/hr (Eligibility for wage increases in the future pending performance reviews)
About The Family
A supportive family in Scottsdale (85251) is seeking an experienced and patient afternoon nanny to care primarily for their 11-year-old son, who is autistic and mostly non-verbal. The family also has a 13-year-old daughter who requires minimal supervision. This role is ideal for someone with a background as an RBT, special education support professional, or a nanny with hands-on autism experience who is confident providing structured, attentive care.
Schedule- Monday–Thursday
- 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Consistent afternoon schedule

ASAP - Pay:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience (Wage Increases Eligible in the Future)
- Pick up children from school safely and on time
- Provide attentive, one-on-one care primarily for the 11-year-old
- Support communication, routines, and transitions in a calm and patient manner
- Transport children to after-school activities as needed
- Assist with light pick-up style errands related to the children
- Engage the 11-year-old in appropriate activities that support regulation and comfort
- Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
- Demonstrated experience working with children with autism required (RBT experience strongly preferred)
- Prior professional nannying, babysitting, or caregiving experience with neurodivergent children
- Calm, patient, and confident demeanor
- Comfortable with transportation and after-school schedules
- Reliable, punctual, and communicative
- Focused, meaningful role with one primary child
- Predictable weekday afternoon hours
- Supportive family that values experience and consistency
