Regional Relationship Manager

The Regional Relationship Manager supports leadership in achieving profitable business results through key KPI metrics. This role oversees customer portfolio and vendor relationships, analyzes data to align vendors by geographic area, and improves risk, performance, and profitability.

• Develop negotiation strategies and participate in vendor negotiations on price, delivery, terms, etc.
• Provide supporting data and analytics to ensure informed vendor decisions.
• Conduct data analysis to support vendor base management and provide in‑depth performance analysis.
• Uncover client objectives, challenges, and needs through regular client needs assessments.
• Proactively and reactively manage vendor relationships; leverage internal resources to enhance relationships.
• Minimize cost and maximize value in the sourcing process via strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Perform project checks pre‑ and post‑with focus on quality control.
• Assist estimation and project teams with market issues and preview front and back end projects when necessary.
• Interact cross‑functionally with all departments and serve as an effective, value‑added service for the entire organization.
• Handle moderately complex issues with urgency; appropriately identify and escalated to leadership.
• Perform work under general supervision; carefully review details and accuracy.
• Travel expected up to 40% of the time.
• Perform ad‑hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or greater.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction, Quality Control, Customer Service, or a related field.
