Location: Scottsdale, AZ (This is not a remote role. This is an in-office role working normal business hours)

Travel: As needed (There may be short overnight trips multiple times during the year)

The firm serves a broad range of public and private companies, delivering technical expertise in valuation, accounting compliance, and compensation strategy. With a deep belief in the strategic role of compensation, the firm delivers tailored solutions aligned with clients’ award types, compliance needs, and systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Internal Event Planning and Execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver internal events that are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with specific team or business objectives
  • Manage logistics for a wide range of events—team-building, onboarding, training, and recruiting programs—including venue selection, catering, supplies, and shipping
  • Approach each event with creativity and attention to detail, adding thoughtful touches while staying within budget
  • Coordinate communications with all stakeholders and provide clear, proactive updates leading up to and during events
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot challenges, adjusting plans quickly to meet changing needs and priorities
  • Own the event timeline and deliverables, ensuring setup, execution, and teardown go smoothly
  • Host events in a warm and welcoming manner, helping attendees feel included and engaged
  • Gather post-event feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Support onboarding logistics in collaboration with IT, trainers, and office support staff
  • Recruiting Coordination and Campus Engagement
  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating logistics for both on-campus and virtual events, including space reservations, travel, materials, and catering
  • Represent the brand to students, university staff, and faculty through events, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Assist in hosting campus sessions, networking events, and candidate engagement touchpoints
  • Keep recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake) updated, book interview spaces, and manage campus-specific requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach and event participation using applicant tracking tools
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align logistics and schedules with recruiting timelines and goals
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of student contacts, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized communications
  • Help train colleagues on effective campus engagement and act as a liaison with university career centers and student groups
  • Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives beyond campus recruiting, as needed
  • Operational and Logistical Support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal initiatives across departments, ensuring smooth workflows and timely follow-through
  • Support internal and external community outreach efforts, holiday campaigns, and team appreciation activities
  • Coordinate logistics for travel and events involving marketing, recruiting, and other field teams
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to maintain a well-organized, functional workplace
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects that require coordination, communication, and logistical planning across the business
What You Bring

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree (any field); applicants with comparable experience or alternative credentials are also welcome
  • Brings at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in event planning, coordination, operations, or a similar function
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, with strong time management skills and the ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy
  • Proactive and adaptable—can anticipate needs, take initiative, and respond effectively to shifting priorities without being inflexible
