What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee the customer journey from lead to advocate, ensuring alignment across teams and processes
  • Support the evolution of Small Business processes and go-to-market strategy in partnership with leadership
  • Provide operational support to sales teams, enhancing productivity and segment growth
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by improving visibility into sales metrics and customer health
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reporting and dashboards to drive actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field
  • Proven success in high-velocity sales environments, including transactional or single-call close scenarios
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of sales metrics and customer journey performance
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and automation tools such as Outreach, Gong, or Zoom Info
  • Demonstrated curiosity and knowledge of AI or automation tools for analysis and reporting
  • Experience in both new business and upsell/retention sales motions
