We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Client Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients while ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our clients needs are met and that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive strategies that meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, project management) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and budget adherence, making necessary adjustments to meet client expectations.
- Establish, standardize and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance as well as success of strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and expand the client base.
- Maintain accurate client records, update databases, and complete necessary paperwork associated with client services activities.
- Educate clients on new features, updates, and best practices related to the company s products or services
- Other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in client services, account management, or business development, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and implement innovative business strategies.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
