What Good Night Stay is looking for :

As a Revenue Analyst for Goodnight Stay, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize revenue performance for vacation rental properties. You will work closely with the revenue management team to develop and implement strategies that maximize rental revenue and occupancy rates. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be critical in identifying trends, forecasting demand, and making data‑driven pricing decisions.

Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy of inventory availability, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Revenue Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of rental revenue and occupancy data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize various tools and methodologies to track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average daily rate (ADR), occupancy rate, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and overall revenue.

2. Pricing Optimization:
Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor analysis, and property‑specific factors. Continuously monitor pricing performance, adjust rates as needed, and assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue and occupancy.

3. Demand Forecasting:
Utilize historical data, market intelligence, and predictive analytics to forecast demand for vacation rental properties. Generate accurate demand forecasts to support inventory management decisions, marketing campaigns, and revenue optimization strategies.

4. Inventory Management:
Collaborate with property managers and operations teams to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date inventory availability. Monitor and manage inventory levels to maximize revenue potential while minimizing the risk of overbooking or under‑utilization.

5. Performance Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, occupancy trends, and pricing analysis to key stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

6. Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth. Stay updated on changes in the vacation rental market and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. System and Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate existing systems, tools, and processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement enhancements that streamline revenue management workflows and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications :
  • Advanced computer knowledge – General
  • Advanced Microsoft Office – Emphasis in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Data entry and analytics experience
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred
  • Previous sales and/or revenue experience working in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Proven history for success, willing to do what it takes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data analysis to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify revenue growth opportunities.
