Overview
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator / Jr. Business Analyst to provide support and assistance to the CXO and CEO of Gate6 in the areas of pre and post-sales support, contract management and project tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple assignments, be able to work independently, and seek help as needed to complete assignments.
Job DescriptionThe candidate reports to the CXO and will work closely with the Gate6 President and CEO and other executives. This role includes pre and post-sales support, contract management, project tracking and customer interaction.
Responsibilities- Provide daily support to the CXO and CEO assisting with internal and external projects, with Onshore support for Offshore teams and projects
- Understand and document project requirements and assist in on-shore post deployment checkout of applications
- Provide administrative support for NDA, SOW and MSA creation and execution
- Become familiar with and help maintain Gate6 Marketing and Sales Collateral
- Maintain clear and complete notes for all client and project meetings, tracking outstanding action items to completion
- Proactively communicate to the executive team concerning project status, outstanding tasks and roadblocks
- Assist with one-off projects and assignments that help to drive and close new business
- Learn to deliver sales presentations using Gate6 Marketing and Sales Collateral
- Help understand and document project requirements, communicating with both the executive teams and technical resources
- Candidate must be located in the Phoenix, Scottsdale AZ area
- 1+ years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant. Technology experience is helpful but not required
- Experience documenting business requirements
- Successful engagement with B2B customers and ability to build professional relationships
- Strong experience using Linked In and Linked In Sales Navigator
- Highly motivated and independent contributor with excellent time-management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Associates or BS degree in a technology field
- A residence in or willingness to move to Arizona, USA
