This role supports both Corporate Sales and Corporate Operations leadership. The position provides centralized sales support by coordinating communication between corporate sales leadership and divisional teams while supporting the rollout of sales tools, programs, policies, and national initiatives. It is responsible for preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance analyses, maintaining sales calendars, and tracking sales data, compliance, and operational standards.

The position also supports operational functions including playbook and document management, reporting, training materials, maintaining operations calendars, event coordination, and ongoing administrative and process‑improvement initiatives across the organization.

The preferred location for this position is in Scottsdale, Arizona. Candidates in Denver, Colorado may also be considered.

  • Coordinate communication between corporate sales leadership and Divisions
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for executive leadership.
  • Maintain national sales calendars, schedules, and timelines for initiatives, training, and product launches.
  • Support rollout of new sales tools, technology platforms, and corporate policies to all divisions.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries related to sales programs, incentives, and national promotions.
  • Help coordinate national sales events, conferences, workshops, and virtual training sessions.
  • Assist with monitoring compliance with corporate sales standards, documentation requirements, and operational workflows.
  • Compile, track, and audit sales performance data from divisions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
  • Help analyze trends related to traffic, conversion rates, contract velocity, cancellations, and competitive insights.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, SOPs, and reference guides for the sales organization.
  • Collect feedback from sales teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new sales staff and support ongoing training initiatives.
Operations Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and organization of the Risewell Homes Playbook
  • Commodity Index reporting
  • Network folder structure organization and maintenance
  • RFP preparation
  • Administrative duties including cost tracking, scorecard maintenance, national plan library maintenance, as well as the creation of Excel and PowerPoint documents
  • Project and processes communication to divisions
  • Creational and maintenance of Corporate Operations team calendar
  • Creation and maintenance of Trade Partner Scopes of Work
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience within the new home building industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a strong focus on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating cross-functionally
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment.

The expected base salary for this position is between $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base salary is paid bi‑weekly.

Physical Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels.…
