Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and goal-driven Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist to support full-cycle sourcing activities and help optimize procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, transactional sourcing environment and enjoys building strong vendor relationships while ensuring the timely flow of goods and services.

• Conduct full-cycle sourcing activities, including supplier research, outreach, and ongoing communication with site leads to clarify requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers within the Supplier Portal.
• Participate in cross-functional sourcing teams to evaluate new and current suppliers.
• Support execution and monitoring of supplier KPIs while identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Review and process supplier claims related to unsatisfactory materials, delays, or equipment issues.

• Place purchase orders as needed and ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by running open order reports and expediting backlog items.
• Assist with resolving Accounts Payable, invoice discrepancies, and delivery issues.
• Gather order history, spend data, and other sourcing metrics to support sourcing strategy development.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing supplier relationships to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels while minimizing shortages and delays.

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience with full-cycle sourcing, including research, supplier outreach, and cross-functional communication.
• Comfortable operating in a primarily transactional sourcing environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, data scrubbing, and spend report generation.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.
