Position Overview

Home Services Operations Consultant at Cardone Ventures – responsible for business operational advisory and consulting for 12‑15 home services clients, daily review and monitoring of operational activities and data, preparing metrics reports, generating recommendations, improving operational efficiency, and supporting growth plans.

Base pay range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually.
On‑site location:
Scottsdale, AZ.
Workplace setting:
Fully Onsite.

• Prepare metrics reports, generate operational process recommendations, and leverage financial and operational experience to guide client business decisions.
• Investigate ways to improve operational efficiency and maximize revenue potential.
• Assist clients in achieving transformational growth plans by setting operational objectives, planning business development strategies, and holding teams accountable.
• For home services clients, optimize dispatch, technician performance, call center operations, customer experience, and profitability.
• Collaborate with multiple functional advisors and client stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
• Support implementation of field management systems (Service Titan, Jobber, Housecall Pro) and ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Conduct weekly touch‑base calls, align on progress, problem solve, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to drive recommendations and business growth.
• Coach clients on leadership and team development, leveraging tools such as the R3 Assessment.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and ensure buy‑in to recommendations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Operations/Logistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 5 years of experience managing or influencing business operations in a results‑driven environment.
• Experience coaching businesses or owning/managing a home services business preferred.
• Strong data‑driven mindset, with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of home services operations: call center metrics, technician utilization, average ticket optimization, service‑to‑replacement conversions.
• Experience interpreting and influencing P&L statements specific to service‑based businesses.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, leadership through questions, and ability to give direct feedback.
• Ability to guide owners through process duplication and leadership pipelines.
