Job Summary
:
The Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating training classes for newly hired employees as well as refresher training for current employees. They will conduct effective learning sessions through classroom-style training using a computer-based setting as well as individual coaching sessions.

• Train and coordinate classes for new hire and continuing education training programs.
• Maintain adequate inventory of classroom materials and equipment; create and maintain training registration, attendance, and completion records.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to new hires while on the phones in the training classroom.
• Evaluate, measure, and track the progress of training participants, providing feedback, and making recommendations to managers.
• Organize and write basic communication materials for weekly training briefings.
• Maintain new hire employee records, including coaching information.
• Other duties as assigned.

• BA or equivalent work experience is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of delivering sales, product and customer service training programs for new hires in inbound/outbound call centers, ideally in the travel industry.
• Previous experience facilitating or creating sales curriculum.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the travel industry preferred.
