Franchise Business Consultant (Remote)

DRYmedic Restoration Services, an affiliate of Authority Brands LLC, is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support our franchise partners with operational, management, financial, and marketing strategies. The role focuses on coaching partners to achieve their personal and business goals through our System of Business.

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. Our technicians use industry‑leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore your property after fire or water damage.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a business consultant and coach, building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with partners.
  • Maintain weekly contact by phone and visit each partner’s premises at least annually (1–2 days) for on‑site coaching and training.
  • Travel as needed to support partners and attend company meetings or events.
  • Assist partners with resolving customer complaints and negative experiences, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Focus on partner profitability and financial health; help develop annual budgets and review performance against budgets.
  • Provide guidance on correct staffing levels and train partners on recruiting and training staff across all roles.
  • Teach partners how to drive sales by educating customers on additional needs and using our sales system.
  • Ensure compliance with the Franchise Agreement and assist partners in maintaining compliance.
  • Guide recruiting and retention of associates, supporting engagement with company culture.
  • Develop training materials, deliver presentations to large and small audiences, and conduct training sessions for partners and associates.
  • Perform monthly Profit and Loss statement reviews, including year‑over‑year revenue.
  • Utilize Core Logic DASH and Xactimate software systems for operations, reporting, and analysis.
  • Apply knowledge of Mitigation and Reconstruction processes to advise partners in relevant business areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of business mathematics, including financial statements, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Core Logic DASH and Xactimate software systems.
  • Knowledge of Mitigation and Reconstruction.
  • Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills with employees, franchise owners, prospective owners, and vendors.
