Contract Analyst – Hybrid (Scottsdale, AZ)

The Contract Analyst will ensure all contract provisions are closely monitored, contract terms followed, and projects closed out in our system. Working cross‑functionally, the Analyst manages and updates our contract system. This role is ideal for someone who excels in high‑pressure, collaborative environments and masters multi‑tasking.

• Coordinate execution, monitoring, and compliance of all contracts
• Review contract provisions timely and escape as needed
• Document billing information and contract details in the system
• Obtain all required documentation

• Two years of experience providing contract analysis for professional services projects (consulting environment a plus)
• Strong knowledge of NDA, Master Service Contracts, and SOW language and provisions
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Skilled at managing contract review and execution
• Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to extract key data elements from contracts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Suite, Adobe, and Docu Sign

$60,000‑$65,000
