Senior Sourcing Manager
Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to manage the end‑to‑end sourcing process. The role focuses on identifying potential suppliers, evaluating quality and reliability, negotiating terms, and building long‑term relationships with preferred vendors. The position is hybrid/on‑site and requires the candidate to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
Job SummaryThe Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end sourcing process, including sourcing new suppliers, RFP/RFI management, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management.
Duties and Responsibilities- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing strategies align with program objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact on key projects to manage procurement activities.
- Support growth, scalability, and capacity activities with suppliers.
- Ensure early and active involvement in projects to source new suppliers and processes.
- Develop, issue, and manage RFP/RFI documents, negotiate, evaluate, select suppliers, and execute contract agreements and purchase orders.
- Facilitate supplier business reviews, performance management, and maintain strategic relationships.
- Proactively segment suppliers and utilize engagement programs to improve performance and achieve business goals.
- Develop category plans including market intelligence, cost‑reduction plans, and supplier relationship and performance management with year‑over‑year improvements.
- Ability to partner with leadership, understand organizational vision, and align sourcing initiatives and objectives.
- Experience with procurement & sourcing process, contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong sourcing skills: ability to locate potential suppliers, compare and evaluate in detail, and onboard new suppliers through successful negotiation of agreements or terms.
- Strategic sourcing skills including SOW development, RFI/RFP production, and total cost of ownership analysis.
- Self‑starter with deep understanding of procurement best practices and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) with the ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain/procurement with advanced concepts and skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

Pay & BenefitsSalary: Minimum $126,000 – Maximum $176,400 (based on national data; may vary by location)
