, full-time position located at the Auto Mall at the 101 and Indian School Rd in Scottsdale, AZ. The role is at an automotive dealership and involves working both inside and outside to manage inventory information for vehicles coming from auctions or trades in, and to stock and record accurate vehicle information.

• Collect information on incoming vehicles and note when the vehicles will be at the dealership.
• Stock inventory vehicles with accurate information.
• Communicate with vendors, auction personnel, sales staff, and delivery drivers via phone, email, or messaging to locate inventory vehicles.
• Utilize computer systems and software (MS Office, email, Keyper, Rapid Recon, Dealer track, Lo-Jack, Mobile Dealer Data, Vauto Provision, and related dealer addendums) to manage inventory data.
• Assist in moving vehicles through the process more efficiently.
• Help dealership staff locate keys and vehicles.
• Conduct lot walks to identify vehicles not yet stocked in.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Clear and valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Ability to self-start, multi-task, follow directions, stay positive, be punctual, and work well in a team.
