Position: Office Admin / Bookkeeper

We’re looking for an organized, dependable Office Admin to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, likes being the go‑to person, and is interested in learning bookkeeping skills. Bookkeeping experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

What You’ll Do
  • Office & Administrative Support:
    • Answer and direct incoming office phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
    • Greet visitors and serve as the main point of contact for the office
    • Handle day‑to‑day office operations and keep things organized
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office communication
    • Order supplies and manage files
    • Work with vendors and service providers
    • Support leadership and staff with administrative tasks
    • Help improve office systems and processes as we grow
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Support:
    • Learn and use bookkeeping software (Quick Books or similar)
    • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
    • Help with invoicing
    • Work with our accountants as needed

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Desire to learn bookkeeping and financial processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
  • Office administration or office manager experience
  • Any bookkeeping or accounting exposure
  • Experience in a small business or team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

Starting salary for this position is $45K
