Floater Front​/Back Office Assistant

Overview

KORsmiles is a fast-paced, growing dental practice seeking an experienced and dependable Dental Assistant Floater to support both the front and back office. This role is ideal for a well-rounded assistant who can step in where needed, help maintain smooth daily operations, and support the team with efficiency and professionalism.

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday

• 4+ years of hands‑on dental assisting experience
• Valid Radiology Certification
• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
• iTero scanning and Invisalign experience a plus
• Strong organization, flexibility, and communication skills
• Team‑first, positive, and professional attitude

• Chairside assisting and clinical support as needed (Invisaling, same‑day crowns, fillings, Itero scanning for cosmetic tx)
• Assist with front office tasks including scheduling, patient flow, and check‑in/check‑out when needed
• Upload and send Invisalign cases and other labs as needed
• Take Patient Photo’s with a camera and upload/send to vendors
• Support back office workflow, room turnover, and sterilization
• Help maintain clinical protocols, efficiency, and organization
• Provide excellent patient care and team support throughout the day

This is a non‑lead position that plays a vital role in supporting daily operations and keeping the office running smoothly.
