Loan Officer Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers in preparing and organizing loan application files.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with processors, and other team members to ensure timely processing of loans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
