We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing daily accounts payable functions and supporting overall accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare and post journal entries as required
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support accounting operations through analytical review and accurate data entry
- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance principles
- Hands-on experience with expense reports and journal entries
- Exceptional analytical and reconciliation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Sage 300 CRE highly desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute for degree)
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable or similar financial role strongly preferred
