As an Accounts Payable Specialist with Invoice Automation Experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, processing invoices, and implementing and maintaining invoice automation software. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will contribute to the success of our finance team.

• Oversee the accounts payable process, including accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Utilize invoice automation software to streamline the invoice processing workflow and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain vendor records, including verifying and updating vendor information, and ensure company policies and procedures compliance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding balances or discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing processes, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Generate various accounts payable reports and provide analysis as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in invoice automation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist with invoice automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Experience with invoice automation software, such as [software names].
• Proficient in using accounting systems and software, including ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and managing data.
