This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The specialist will manage daily accounts payable tasks such as processing expense reports, preparing journal entries, verifying and reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely payment processing. Responsibilities also include maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting accounting operations through analytical review and data entry.

• Strong skills in Accounting and Finance to support payment processing, reporting, and financial accuracy.
• Experience with handling Expense Reports and Journal Entries while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to verify, reconcile, and evaluate financial documents.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in relevant accounting software. Prior experience with Sage 300 CRE is highly desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not necessary if candidate has prior relevant experience.
• Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is highly desirable.
