Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview

Boesen & Snow Law is a Scottsdale-based law firm focused on health and pharmacy law. We represent healthcare providers and corporations nationwide and are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our in-office team. This is a junior-level position (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday) ideal for someone detail-oriented, professional, and interested in building experience in law firm accounting.

• Post and process client payments (check, ACH, credit card)
• Assist with client invoicing and billing support
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end procedures
• Respond to client billing inquiries in a professional manner

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• 0–2 years of accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Quick Books or Clio experience is a plus
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred

$20–$25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
