Overview
Boesen & Snow Law is a Scottsdale-based law firm focused on health and pharmacy law. We represent healthcare providers and corporations nationwide and are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our in-office team. This is a junior-level position (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday) ideal for someone detail-oriented, professional, and interested in building experience in law firm accounting.
Responsibilities- Post and process client payments (check, ACH, credit card)
- Assist with client invoicing and billing support
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end procedures
- Respond to client billing inquiries in a professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- 0–2 years of accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Quick Books or Clio experience is a plus
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred
$20–$25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience
