We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in support of Pinnacle Fertility’s mission to strengthen and streamline the financial operations of a growing, dynamic organization. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance core financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support ongoing compliance. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to drive process improvements, contribute to operational excellence, and play a key part in building a strong financial foundation for the company.

This is a full-time, salaried position based onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

• Leads month-end and year-end closing processes for a specific number of clinics, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements, general ledger analysis, and journal entries.
• Prepares monthly journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts and ensures the clinic financial statements are accurate and complete.
• Reconciles accounts receivable, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and disbursements to the general ledger.
• Prepares clear and organized account analysis for balance sheet accounts and maintains reconciliation of clearing accounts.
• Assist in audit preparations, including year-end audits and subsystem interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
• Other duties and projects assigned.

• Education :
  Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Experience :
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting required.
• Skills :
  • Experience in Excel, accounting and expense management software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary Range : $75,000-$ annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
