Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our hospitality team. • Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records
• Respond promptly to guest billing requests and inquiries
• Handle credit card authorizations securely and efficiently
• Enter invoices and process received orders for the hotel
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as needed
  
  Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Knowledge of hotel operations and billing procedures is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting certifications are advantageous
