Pay RangeThis range is provided by NEUWIRTH AND ASHFORD CPAS, PLLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base Pay Range$85,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Be Doing- Prepare and review Individual (1040), Business (1120S, 1065)
- Analyze and interpret financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to ensure exceptional, timely service
- Support junior staff, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative team dynamic
- Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines with confidence and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
- 4+ years of recent experience in tax preparation and review
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using cloud‑based systems
- Proficient with:
- Drake Tax (preferred)
- Quick Books Online and Desktop
- Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with 1041 returns is a plus
- Highly detail‑oriented and organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage workload independently with minimal oversight
