Cashier - Quick Lane (Automotive Dealership)

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier to join our Quick Lane team at our busy automotive dealership. The Cashier plays a key role in delivering excellent customer experience by accurately processing transactions, assisting service customers, and supporting the service team in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

* Greet customers promptly and professionally

* Process service repair orders, parts purchases, and payments accurately

* Handle cash, credit card, and electronic transactions

* Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions

* Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

* Assist with appointment scheduling as needed

* Maintain a clean and organized cashier area

* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic customer concerns

* Support the Quick Lane and service team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred

* Automotive dealership experience is a plus

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic computer proficiency

* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Professional appearance and positive attitude
