We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the nursing department, implementing clinical best practices, and promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.

• Providing leadership and direction to nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
• Developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety.
• Overseeing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Monitoring patient outcomes and quality indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing patient care delivery.
• Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff to foster professional growth and development.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes.
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels and managing nursing schedules to meet patient care needs effectively.
• Participating in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and staff training initiatives to maintain a skilled and competent nursing team.
• Serving as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, residents, and families to facilitate communication and address concerns effectively.
