Full-time - Full-year, 40 hours a week – above .75% FTE

Responsibilities: Performing basic weatherization tasks within the Panhandle area which can include insulation, pipe wrap, air sealing, weather-stripping, installation of new doors and/ windows, etc. Assisting with equipment maintenance and inventory control and other duties.

Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required. Previous construction experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Must pass criminal background checks.

Pay and Benefits: Starting wage is $15.84 per hour, depending upon qualification and experience. Generous sick and vacation pay! 16 paid holidays every year! Nights and Weekends off! The Weatherization Crew works 4 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday and has Friday thru Sunday off each week! Benefit options include Health, Dental, Vision and Retirement options. A ll tools, supplies, licensing, certifications, equipment and vehicles provided and paid.
