Pro Task Services is looking for a reliable subcontractor for occasional residential property maintenance and flooring projects, including LVP installation, trim, door installs, and general repairs.
We currently have an LVP flooring project sold and ready to schedule, along with other repair and upgrade projects from past customers.
This role is ideal for an independent craftsman, flooring installer, or experienced handyman looking to pick up additional project-based work.
Typical Project Types- Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring installation
- Baseboard and trim installation
- Door installs and repairs
- Deck and fence repairs
- Storm door installs
- General carpentry and property repairs
- Sold projects with clear scope of work
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Project-based pay
