Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU for a 13-week contract assignment in Scottsbluff, NE. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit while working closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill ICU patients

Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and life-support equipment

Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed

Assess patient conditions and report changes to physicians promptly

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state license

Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment
