Nursing Manager - RN

About the Role:

As a Nursing Manager - RN at Regional West Physicians Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance to your team to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and that our clinic runs smoothly.

• Active Nebraska RN license
• Graduate of Registered Nurse Program
• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) systems

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that they are providing high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the clinic is running efficiently
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date

As a Nursing Manager - RN, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage your team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. You will also need to have strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure that the clinic is running efficiently. In addition, you will need to have a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures to provide guidance and support to your team.

Finally, you will need to be proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date.
